Nutrition: i will show you how to workout your calories, have freedome with how much you eat, how to keep a food diary and how to eat all the food you love while still reaching your goals. you'll improve health, become happier and never feel like you're on a diet again.
exercise: it's all about finding exercise you enjoy. whether it be walking the dog, doing a home workout or going to a bootcamp i will guide you through every thing to ensure you know what you are doing, challenge yourself and progress to ensure you are improving each week
mindset and accountability: in this section i will show you how to set goals, what to do when you have a bad day (and let's face it we all have those days where we feel every thing is agaisnt us) and how to stay motivated, accountable and build on self worth and self estemem
structure: and we will also cover every thing from sleep, pre & post natal exercise/nutrition, how much water to drink and how to help the entire family with their health & fintess.
